You do not need to have everything worked out first.
Do I need to count all my photographs?
No. A rough estimate or a photograph of the collection is enough for the first conversation.
Do I need to sort everything first?
No. If the current order matters, leave it as it is and tell us. If it is already mixed, that is fine too.
Will I get my original photographs back?
Yes. Your physical photographs, albums, slides and negatives are returned after the agreed work is complete.
Can you collect my photographs?
Yes, for suitable projects. Collection and return are available by arrangement across Devon, Dorset, Somerset and Cornwall. Once we have seen what you have, we will confirm availability and whether any collection charge or minimum project value applies.
Can family members have separate copies?
Yes. Additional digital copies can be arranged for different members of the family.
